Vector Construction Orders

After logging in to your dashboard, you can now use our new vector construction ordering system. It’s a simple drag-drop process to make your desired vector and you can even add a custom sequence via. Copy-Paste. Once all of your vectors are made, - you can submit them all at once.

Though not meant to be a design system, it does have some of the basic rule checking: 

- No Duplicate Transcription Units 

- No Duplicate IRES’s in a Transcription Unit 

- At most 5 components per Transcripiton Unit, (3 Effectors, 2 IRES’s) 

- Custom sequences shouldn’t have non-sequence characters

 
Over time we will be building this system out with more capabilities as the product line expands, including secure file uploads and projects.
