OspreyBio's Internal Ribosome Entry Sites (IRES) modules are built from a series of natural and/or synthetic modules that are mutated to be compliant with the Bird of Prey DNA Design and Assembly System.

Use an IRES vector to subclone your Effectors (ORFs) of interest chosen from any of our other CloneCard collections! Each IRES is flanked by an RFP and a GFP. 

• Ready-to-use plasmid after just one elution (~1 hour)
• Safe Long Term Storage: Can be stored flat at ambient temperature without the need for uninterrupted electricity supply (as in freezer storage) or the need for isolation from harmful agents (such as metal ions)
